IQ has experienced engineers based at strategic locations to provide nationwide coverage for installation and maintenance.

We offer a fully scalable service with experience of operating in a variety of environments.

Our engineers are professional, uniformed and well qualified in a range of technologies. Our comprehensive experience covers Audio Visual, PC, TV, Satellite and Audio installations.


SITE SURVEYS Site surveys are critical to optimise the time spent on site at installation. A detailed report with photographs is produced following the survey. A full assessment is made on the following key elements: Screen and / or speaker position Fixing types Communications infrastructure Head end equipment location Cable layout and runs Power requirements

INSTALLATION Highly skilled engineers working in conjunction with the IQ Project Management team and the client, ensure a seamless installation. Installation of all types and sizes of screen display Audio systems and speaker installations All software and hardware elements installed, configured and tested on-site Installation of cabling and communications requirements Work carried out at hours to suit individual client and location Detailed reporting and sign off procedures


ON-SITE MAINTENANCE An on-site maintenance contract helps ensure maximum operational uptime of the network. IQ assumes full responsibility and ownership for the maintenance of the network alleviating pressure on the client. UK wide on-site response Fix or swap out of component parts Flexible range of response times Warranty cover / RMA management
