We are seeking a Support & Operations Engineer, a highly experienced technical “all rounder” with a broad knowledge of the rapidly expanding Digital Signage business.
The Support & Operations Engineer will be primarily responsible for;
Content management for our various Digital Signage Software platforms. (Bought in packages e.g. Scala, Signagelive)
Scripting (eg ScalaScript) and channel development of above.
Administration and Liaison for Field Operations team.
Processing helpdesk enquiries – Technical Support for MS Windows and Linux hardware
Workshop activities e.g. build / repair of PC’s
Secondary responsibilities:
Assisting with technical research for system quotations
Assisting with development of in-house s/w package
